      Sadly not a great experience this time
      Sadly not a great experience this time. Having watched the video on how to replace the shaft and bearing etc in my dryer, the kit used (in the video) is not available to buy. The kit supplied included some parts for the job but most were unsuitable so I had to order separate parts and return my original purchase. The help line number is nonexistent and the email support line took days to respond. And I'm still waiting for confirmation that a refund will be paid on the original kit purchased.

      WRONG AGAIN
      Was not the right part even though your website said it was. That's the second time in a row and I was completely ignored when I reported it the first time. Plenty more retailers.So you can do one now I will shop elsewhere. A total waste of my time and money. Idiots
