Do you connect the flap to L/H side hinge of the freezer then push the r/h hinge onto the flap and then push the hinge and flap into the freezer? I had difficultly with the old hinge whilst fitting a new flap, and broke the already partially broken hinge.

We do not have specific information on fitting but to try and prevent damage warm the hinge area of the flap with either hot water or a hair dryer to soften the plastic and allow more flexibility.
