      The function of the temperature sensor in your dryer is to ensure the heat is regulated to be at the correct temperatures. A faulty sensor could result in the element becoming over-heated.       Bad bad experience…. Just be honest.
      Oven element ordered with 24hr delivery….the next day whilst expecting delivery, an email arrived saying they were refunding the £6.95 overnight delivery charge as my item would take up to 5 days to arrive. I lost my customer because of this (would go with someone who is more reliable). I am still waiting for my full refund after returning the item unopened when it finally arrived. If the item is out of stock don’t take people’s money!

      Oven element
      Ordered a replacement oven element and it didn’t fit after putting all the cooker details in. Plus ordered a top oven element back in early November was told 4 weeks and still isn’t here don’t think I will be using these anymore and they don’t even have a phone number you can ring to discuss anything have to email and wait for a response that takes ages to get back to you.

      Online videos are brilliant!
      Ordered part on Friday for Saturday delivery and that’s exactly when it arrived. No excuses despite the weather. Followed the eSpares how to video online and 20 minutes later the tumble dryer is working ?? Thank you guys for the quick delivery and for showing me how to do it! Now I realise how badly I’ve been ripped off by handymen that I’ll be checking your site before I do anything!

      Misinformation on website
      Ordered an element on rapid delivery after checking online it would fit my oven, all checked out. Arrives and it’s too small, too many connections, wrong fittings, about the only thing that was the same is it was a circle. Returned to them a week ago, still no refund, and concerned I won’t get it as they say it should be returned in packaging (I’d ripped open the plastic bag so Im not sure if they’ll argue this) and they want to deduct £2.99 for return postage even though it’s their fault!

      Easy order, easy to return
      The part was easy to order, and having watched the espares guide to fitting I was confident I could do the job myself. It was a bit fiddley but only took 20minutes and less than £25 to get our tumble dryer back up and running. The how to video said if the machine wasn't draining or heating it was probably the water pump that needed replacing, I'd ordered a heating element as well but I tested the machine after fitting the just the pump and both now worked so I returned the heating element following the returns instructions and receive a hassle free refund. Very happy alround

      Great in every way.
      Great website, the part I needed was easy to find and next day delivery was super fast. I ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the following morning! The how to video was spot on and it gave me the confidence to complete the replacement of the part myself. Saved enough money for a good night out. Cheers eSpares.

      The taking of the order and delivery was fine but, I found the pipes diameter quite small and the metal pipes do not stay together in use, so I had to keep stopping to refit the pipes.

      Terrible.
      Part did not fit. You can see it's close. Very very close but it's a bad replica and would not fit my fridge. Things got worse when I went to Ssmsung direct and got the manufacturers part ......AT THE SAME PRICE. So what's the point of espares ? My part will be heading back to them on Monday.
