I’ve used this company three times.
Twice for oven parts and most recently for a washing machine door. Each time the product has arrived early, and exactly as described.
They seem to hold more parts and stock than the competition, are certainly cheaper, and although I’ve never had to query an order, their swift delivery suggests they are on top of things from a customer service perspective.

Oven seals- buy the original.
Espares are very easy to use. I have used them successfully on a number of occasions. However, the universal oven door seal was a failure. The profile of the seal was different to the original and the door didn’t close properly. However, having closely followed the instructions the seal pulled apart from the barbed joints.

What a complete waste of my time
What a complete waste of my time. I have been waiting 2 days for someone to answer my query. They have supplied a part which I feel is faulty. No telephone numbers,just a bot on the site. What sort of customer service is that! ok,if it’s straight forward purchase with no problems,however, if there is an issue forget it. Steer well clear.

Easy returns
Ordered a part for our fridge freezer and it arrived next day.
Later we decided to replace the fridge freezer and so returned the item. The returns process was very easy and the item was dropped off at the local post office. Refund processed shortly after minus £2.99 for return postage which I thought was a fair charge. Will use again.
