1- It seems the control board is broken on this model. However I cant locate it on the fridge to be able to first order and then change it . Can you help please? 2- Do you have any videos guiding to show how to change this control board?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a video, the PCB should be located at the back of the appliance.
