Check the temperature sensor and the PCB connections.
Hi I have error code e5 on my kenwood fridge freezer (kff2dw14) would replacing the pcb solve this? 1 Answer
We had a small power cut and since the power came back on the fridge freezer is showing E5, I was told to turn the unit off for at least 2 hours then turn back on but the problem is still there even after being turned off for days, I can't seem to find what error the code actually relates to but there is nothing working in the unit except the display showing the error code. Would changing the pcb help?

We believe it may be related to a temperature sensor error Unplug the refrigerator and check the wiring connections in the ambient temperature sensor circuit. If the wiring connections are okay, replace the ambient temperature sensor. If the problem persists, replace the electronic control board.
Hi i have an error code on the freezer side E7 and it seems to be because the condenser is iced up so I've changed the heater and that hasn't fixed it. I've tested the thermistor and that seems fine so the only thing left is the pcb. Am I right? Thanks 1 Answer

We do not currently have any information regarding the error code E7, if the heater is ok it is likely to be the PCB.
