Hi Sedgie This bulb doesn't actually come with instructions for fitting, however it is a simple one - just unscrew your old blub and screw in the new one. Just make sure that your hood is switched off at the mains first!

you may be able to use a cloth to turn it but be careful, if not use a pair of pliers to get in there to turn it out without touching it.

To replace bulbs in most microwaves you would have to remove the cabinet, this could allow you to accidentally come into contact with the high voltage that is used to power the microwave. This could easily prove to be fatal and for this reason eSpares recommend that you do not remove the case unless you have been trained to work on microwaves.
Neff E-Nr H6850G2GB/02. Can't get access to the old bulb. Have removed the glass cover but bulb is behind the metal top of the microwave. This has holes but no way into the bulb 1 Answer
