Passive 3D Glasses
These 3D glasses offer you a simple and lightweight design, and are perfect for using with home cinema systems to watch films, where the viewer has a stationary viewing position to create immersion.
"Passive" glasses have each lens polarised differently to filter vertical or horizontal orientated light. Your 3D TV has two different image types that are polarised in different ways, to allow your eyes to see different images - this is what then creates the illusion of depth.
As these glasses have passive filters, they do not need any batteries or connection, so this makes them inexpensive and there is no need for any configuration - compared to "Active" glasses.
