I am looking to replace the main oven fan motor on my Creda Electric Cooker - Model Number C461EW. 1 Answer
I have taken off the back of the cooker to expose the part in question and having looked at your online 'How to Video' regarding the replacement of the part the video only shows 2 connections where my part has 5 connections. Can you give me any advice on which is the correct part for my cooker and/or why I have 5 connections and the video only shows 2.

The video is on a Zanussi cooker which will be different to a Creda, check our website for the correct part for your appliance

It is likely to be the fan bearing inside that is slowing the motor down.

Fitted a new fan but the oven temperature does not now match the portable temperature I placed in the oven.

AC motors of this type will only work in one direction. It is not unusual for there to be a 10 percent temperature error on thermostats.
