Oven element ordered with 24hr delivery….the next day whilst expecting delivery, an email arrived saying they were refunding the £6.95 overnight delivery charge as my item would take up to 5 days to arrive. I lost my customer because of this (would go with someone who is more reliable). I am still waiting for my full refund after returning the item unopened when it finally arrived. If the item is out of stock don’t take people’s money!

Oven element
Ordered a replacement oven element and it didn’t fit after putting all the cooker details in. Plus ordered a top oven element back in early November was told 4 weeks and still isn’t here don’t think I will be using these anymore and they don’t even have a phone number you can ring to discuss anything have to email and wait for a response that takes ages to get back to you.

Misinformation on website
Ordered an element on rapid delivery after checking online it would fit my oven, all checked out. Arrives and it’s too small, too many connections, wrong fittings, about the only thing that was the same is it was a circle.
Returned to them a week ago, still no refund, and concerned I won’t get it as they say it should be returned in packaging (I’d ripped open the plastic bag so Im not sure if they’ll argue this) and they want to deduct £2.99 for return postage even though it’s their fault!

Easy order, easy to return
The part was easy to order, and having watched the espares guide to fitting I was confident I could do the job myself. It was a bit fiddley but only took 20minutes and less than £25 to get our tumble dryer back up and running. The how to video said if the machine wasn't draining or heating it was probably the water pump that needed replacing, I'd ordered a heating element as well but I tested the machine after fitting the just the pump and both now worked so I returned the heating element following the returns instructions and receive a hassle free refund. Very happy alround

Terrible.
Part did not fit. You can see it's close. Very very close but it's a bad replica and would not fit my fridge. Things got worse when I went to Ssmsung direct and got the manufacturers part ......AT THE SAME PRICE. So what's the point of espares ? My part will be heading back to them on Monday.
