This cable is version 1.4 and we have not been advised about the thickness of the connector by the manufacturer I'm afraid.
Hi, I have a Samsung smart tv with 3d capability. I have a Samsung sound bar connected to the tv by an hdmi cable. The blue ray player is wi fi to the tv but the sound bar is not connected to the dvd player at present so does not enhance the sound of the dvd player. Will this lead be suitable to connect the blue ray player to the sound bar?

Check with your soundbar but if it will allow the selection of a second HDMI connection and your Blue ray player has two outputs then this would be suitable.
