The blendermix is a simple little part that changes the direction of the liquid in your mixer from centrifugal to a vortex. This produces better batter for pancakes, smoother milkshakes and superb soups. All you need to do is slide the ring inside the lid of your food processor. If you are making smaller quantities you can just pop the blendermix into the bowl to produce the same results.
