Plenty of Parts , good Prices , Timely delivery
I have used Espares on a number of occasions as I have had older appliances where parts could be hard to source , but equally i have used them for my Hotpoint cooker which has been an absolute crock . I ordered a grill element and the price was competitive . The instructional videos are always useful .The item was despatched in timely fashion but the inafficient Royal Mail delivered on New Years Eve leaving it in an obscure place with no delivery note being put through the door . Heavy Rain soaked the outer packing before I found it . Fortunately it didnt affect the part and with the instructional video available I fitted it successfully within 15 mins . Happy to use Espares again and recommend

Brilliant site. Next day delivery.
Needed a vent for our tumble dryer. After ordering A part from Amazon which turned out to be incorrect I came across this website and it has me for the make of the dryer which I entered and it how to drop down of the models and I could pick out of the exact model of my dryer to ensure I ordered the correct part. This process made it very easy. I made the order at 11:00 p.m. on a Friday night and I chose next day delivery. The website very clearly states that next day works from Monday to Thursday so I was expecting my order to not get picked up for another couple of days and I was okay with this. However on Saturday at about 4 pm this order was delivered by DPD. I was very impressed with the timescale and the part fit perfectly and we now have a working tumble dryer again thanks to eSpares. Although I hadn't used this website before I absolutely recommend it for any spares as it matches to your exact make and model and the service in terms of delivery was perfect.
