Tumble Dryer making thumping noise Zanussi ZDC37200W Hi, I have been watching your brilliant YouTube help videos, I have a thumping noise as described and I believe this is the part described as a drum support roller on the dryer in the demo for diagnosing noise. Please could you let me know if this is correct and if you have a demonstration showing how I should fit it?

It is highly likely the rubber tyres on these support wheels are damaged causing the noise. Unfortunately we do not have a video currently showing this repair.
