Good morning, I recently purchased 2 drum paddles from yourselves and have watched various video's in how to replace them unfortunately I cant seem to get the old one off. The washing machine is a Zanussi ZWH7160P. Can you assist in advising how I remove the old paddle any help would be appreciated

We believe the paddles on this drum are fixed with stainless screws from under the drum. You may be able to remove these screws by removing the sump hose. If you can remove the screws be use 'Bluetac' on the screwdriver as they may not be magnetic and can easily fall into the tub.
