One star negative experience.
Ordered part, paid extra for next day delivery and booked a maintenance engineer to fit it.
Package turned up, engineer turned up, unfortunately when the package was opened, we found it contained a totally different item to the one shown as ordered.
The engineer advised a return and refund, and sourced the correct item from his local suppliers which he fitted the next day.
One star only, and that for the eventual refund of the cost of the part. No stars for the monetary loss of the extra cost of next day delivery and extra cost of maintenance engineer's time.
I hope you have a better result than I had.
