Efficient service
The replacement washing machine door switch was despatched and received very quickly.
There was a slight difference in the new part which I emailed about. By the time their customer service had responded, I had fitted the switch & it was working correctly which was fortunate as they misunderstood the enquiry. So, all is well.

Decided to pay the extra for the genuine part for a very old oven. Was confident it would fit without any hassle and it did, the whole job, stripping out and refitting was done in less than an hour. What impressed me was the quality of the product, the on-site parts identifier and the speed of delivery. Yes OK I paid more for expedited delivery but I ordered the part late in the evening and it was there next morning. Saved me losing a day working. eSpares will definitely be my go to providers in the future.
