I cant get the post filter cover off. it is hinged at the back but will not open enough to removethe filter 1 Answer

The post motor filter housing cover Stock Number: ES1633642 will hinge up but can be carefully prised out by using a flat screwdriver blade to apply pressure to the hinge and allow it to move slightly and release the cover.
Thought I would replace the brush but cant get the centre screw to turn
