Our tumble dryer has stopped drying the clothes. We thought it might be the heater as nothing got warm and replaced it, but even though there is now slight warmth, the clothes are just not drying. What other problem can cause this? I have cleaned the filter, no fluff to be seen. As we have already replaced the heater, we need to find out what it really is before buying more parts as it will end up being pretty expensive otherwise. I hope you can help

Following your more detailed information this part would be next on my list to replace as it will be used by the pcb to monitor and adjust the drying temperature.
- This is not an answer to the question, just a reply to the answer I was given: I have had a look at the video you mentioned and its not really making me any wiser. Is the thermostat a likely problem? I have already cleaned out the condenser, the filter, wiped away any visible "bits of fluff", changed the heater, checked that the pump is working by pouring some water into the "overflow channel/pipe" - The tumble dryer is just not heating up enough to dry the clothes, all I get is a luke warm temperature in the drum. Does this make it clearer what the issue could be? Many thanks

Element heats up and after 45 seconds drum reverses, element goes off and will not reheat when drum starts again. Not sure whether the thermostat or heating element is at fault. Any ideas?

The element is OK. if the sensor strips under the front edge of the drum support do not pick up moisture the machine may turn the heat off as it assumes the drying is finished. Clean these and add a damp tea towel to check if still faulty.

I have replaced the heating element on my Beko Tumble dryer but it keeps cutting out after a few seconds. 1 Answer
I bought the element from you this week, it heats up but then cuts out after a few seconds.

Check the air flow through the machine as if this is restricted (condenser blocked for example) the heater may over heat and cut out. Also if there is no 'damp' load and the machine is on a sensor dry it will turn the heater off as no more drying is required.
