Fridge Defrost Heater

I bought sumsung RSH1 5 years ago, I have a broblem with the fridge and freezer not cool getting warmer so I fixed the fridge side and it working now but on freezer side the temperature not reach frozen point.

Some of these fridges can suffer from ice build-up and has a repair kit to prevent this occurring Stock Number: ES1406833. Fully defrost before removing the cover. Fit the brackets onto the back of the upper mounting screws, replace and move the sensor to the far left of the pipework and reset codes as per the instructions. Check and replace the defrost heater if required.

Samsung RS21DCNS I've bought from you the thermostat sensor changed it but it didn't solve the problem. After defrosting it works fine for about 2 weeks.
