Unfortunately the wiring looms for fridges are not listed or supplied by manufacturers. May be worth seeing if a local engineer can repair or bypass the damaged wiring.

Hi, my samsung sr-s2028css is losing temp both sides. If I turn off at the plug and turn back on It corrects itself to the correct temp but after a couple of hours it drops again but can be reset again with the on off procedure. Do you think it is a sensor or thermostat problem? Your help would be much appreciated, cheers, Colin.

We think the display is showing the 'target' temperature when powered on and reverts shortly to the internal temperature. There may be excessive ice and to diagnose your problem see our video: How to diagnose a fault with a frost free fridge freezer : www.espares.co.uk/advice/2/2113

Hi, Is this the updated version? Do you supply the fitting clip within the cost for this? Do you have the cold water dispenser valve assembly for this fridge freezer and if so could you give me the price please. Does the price quoted for the sensor include VAT and postage. Thanks Charles
