With a strong construction, this Kenwood Beater is designed for simple beating. Equipped with a beater tough enough to provide a thorough mix at a decent speed. It is not especially made for light mixtures, fine whisks or dough mixes. Ensure this is tool is almost touching the bottom of the bowl, as this will help to produce a thorough mix.
