      I need to replace/repair the control disc on my Belling Format 626, however i can't seem to get the front panel off, can you help? 1 Answer

        We do not have information on this but from memory we think you need to remove all the knobs and release the glass control panel by unscrewing the end cap or the top rail.

      Christmas saved by eSpares

      Espares Customer Services
      I order items within time frame for next day delivery and therefore paid the extra for next day delivery. After paying for everything, the first email I got back stated some items were out of stock, this information was not provided until after payment. The remaining in stock items were not despatched for next day delivery, even thought order was placed within the timeframe. When it did receive my item it was broken and had to be replaced. After contacting customer service, I was told I would get a refund of the next day delivery charge in 3 -5 days. It has now been more than two weeks and still no refund. Poor service all round and would not recommend, apart from the fact Espares seem to be the only place to get some spares.

      The part ordered was dispatched and delivered quickly. The box used to pack it was far too big and was badly squashed in transit. Luckily, the part itself was not damaged.
