      Correct part sent efficiently
      The part I ordered arrived when I expected it. It was the right door seal although a lot thinner than the original. I’ve no reason to suspect it wouldn’t have lasted. Unfortunately the seal had gone due to a failure of the drum support which we hadn’t realised and which may have been helpful to mention as a possibility. The video on the espares website on fitting a new seal was useful but following the advice in other reviews definitely helped.

      Good quality item.
      I ordered a new head for my cordless Dyson. I paid for next day delivery. The order was placed on a Sunday so knew it would be Tuesday when it arrived. It never arrived until the Wednesday which I’m very unhappy about as I’d paid £6.95 for delivery. I’ve emailed the company about refunding my delivery fee but heard nothing. The item I ordered is good quality so I would use them again but not pay for next day delivery.

      Parts good, experience iffy...
      Ordered 3 parts but 1 item was the wrong size/part despite selecting the correct make/model of my Dyson on the website. Parts are good quality but the reason I'm giving 3 starts is I'm expected to return the item at my own expense of have £3.99 deducted from my refund if I use eSpares pre paid postage. Leaves a sour taste on my mouth given the wrong part was sent and wasn't a fault of my own.

      Extremely appalled by the service of…
      Extremely appalled by the service of ESpares. I ordered an oven door and paid extra for next day delivery over a week later hasn’t arrived and I don’t think it ever will. There is no direct phone number to call to track my order and I doubt I’ll get my money back if it doesn’t arrive. Very unhappy customer!
