        We do not give advice on removing the casing on a microwave due to the high voltages, it is recommended that a qualified technician works on it to safely discharge the capacitor.

      Espares gas hob knobs
      Espares always provide speedy service. These ‘fits all’ gas hob knobs were cheap but unfortunately don’t really fit tightly on to my job. Not Espares fault.

      DPD went wrong and I was not able to…
      DPD went wrong and I was not able to find a phone number for espares to sort out problem. Ordered the same part from Amazon at 2day delivery at less than half the price and got quicker delivery. Who do think will get my next order ?

      Aggrieved customer.
      I ordered a twin pack water filter for my samsung fridge freezer. When it arrived, the filters were not genuine samsung replacements as described and displayed on the website. I received a generic replacement which said that it was compatible with all in-line filters. This is false advertising e-spares. Will not be ordering from you again! Am extremely disappointed. The one star is for the speedy delivery.

      Ordered two draws for the freezer
      Ordered two draws for the freezer, one was wrong size and damaged. Spoke to them on the chat and waited the 2 days I was told and heard nothing. Got back on the chat and they had no record of my conversation. Luckily the 2nd guy on the chat aranged for a phone call. The person who phoned was really nice and helpful. Still, 2 chat conversations , 6 emails , 6 phone calls , the photographing of boxes, packaging , products and 2 weeks to get the money back wasn't really great. I think the operational process needs to changed to better suit the customer, Amazon being a prime example.

      Waste of my time!
      Ordered part as suggested by Espares. Arrived in good time but the connections were incompatible. Over a week later after enquiring why it doesn’t fit, I’m told I need to order an extra connector! And offered a pathetic 10%discount off my next order. Terrible waste of my time and would never buy from them again.
