Hi Pump isn't pumping up to top reservoir. Do you sell the pump and how the hell do I get access to it?! Taken the thing 3/4 to pieces and still can't get to pump unit. Is there an exploded diagram I can use? Cheers.

Clean the condenser and ensure the machine is heating correctly and not leaking. Check the water connections to the container and on the machine are not blocked with lint.

It may be the outlet of the reservoir that feeds the container is blocked. Turn off and remove the condenser, then by reaching through to the back of the condenser you may find water has not drained away.
