This is part no Smg 764930. I have tried to remove the old broken handle (hinge top bracket broken), but without success. Do not want to use excessive force.

We have no information on this but looking at the part there are two pivot points. On most Ice box covers using this type of handle there is a pivot pin that slides through these into the door.
Will this part fit my appliance?
