We have had this dishwasher for a few years and now the door just bags open (no tention at all) I'd like to repair if possible any ideas? Also are these easy to repair yourself via video ? Thanks in advance

Follow the attached video to examine your unit. It is likely the door cables have failed as the springs rarely break.

Hi the door of the above mentioned dishwasher has just recently started to cause problems, it no longer will hold itself open, and will fall with all of it's weight (If I were to allow it) to the fully open position. Before, I could open it slightly and it would quite happily hold and stay in that position. Please can you advise as to what the problem could be and which part I need to get as a replacement. many thanks
