ive been told by a friend that this means the coolant level is wrong but i cant find any info on that.. so i was thinking it could be the fan?

I have changed fridge thermostat unit which also contains motorised valve. Purchased from yourselves. Currently defrosting fridge/freezer but not much water. The circulation fan blows freezing air well from lower vents. Where is that hidden as it isn't obvious? I don't suppose there are 2 circulation fans? Compressor is hot and is obviously working. Evaporator fan works well. Smacked my knuckles a couple of times. Help!!
