Slow Delivery, contact system fl...
Slow Delivery. Item dispatched on the 4th but did not receive until the 10th. Contacted eSpares but did not get a reply. Contacted again and eventually got an automated reply after item received. No way to inform eSpares that I had received item. System needs to be looked at! I would expect an automated reply within an hour, not days later. After all the criticism, normally I have got good service.
