WDD740PUK I have replacement door. If I undo bolts is there any thing behind eg nuts or threaded plate that the bolts screw into?

We do not think there is removeable nuts or a plate behind the hinge. To check loosen the screws and move one to see if the other is attached to it.
Have you any instructions?

Just remove the four hinge screws and unhook to remove the door. Reverse to refit.
