  • this is the 3rd set of knobs that have melted. We have now decided to change the cooker dew to the poor quality and life of the knobs and the shabby look it gives the cooker. By Graham Davies - Barry South Wales - 09 February 2020

  • They don't exactly 'melt' but the silver finish does peel off/crack especially if you use a cleaner By boogsy - Newcastle - 14 October 2013

    Hi Mandy, no, these should not be prone to melting. Some other oven related issues could be the culprit. If your oven door is not sealing or closing properly hot air escapes and will melt even the toughest control knobs. Check your door seal is in good condition and make sure your hinges are working properly. Hope this helps.

Hi do you. Sell threatens that the knobs fit on as mine has snapped and it's the part that goes under the metal then the knobs fit onto it plz
