This stops and starts the water when instructed. If it is leaking when off it is faulty. If the water starts and stops when on or off the valve is likely to be OK. See our video article: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/symptom/dishwasher-keeps-filling-with-water

I have a whirlpool wasing machine when it,s turned on the pump rons but then a red light comes on with a sppaner to the side
