      I recently had an experience with the returns process, and unfortunately, it was far from straightforward. Despite asking simple questions about how to return the goods and what the procedure is, I’m still waiting for a response—and a returns number. It’s also disappointing to note that the level of service provided to guest customers appears to be different compared to registered users, which is frustrating. Additionally, the delay in getting the necessary information is likely to push me outside the returns period, adding further stress to an already challenging process. To improve the service, it’s essential that the answers to basic, straightforward questions about returns align with the information published on your platform. Moreover, the policies and processes should be consistent and apply equally to both registered and guest users. Ensuring clarity and consistency in communication would go a long way toward enhancing the customer experience. Overall, it’s a shame because this aspect of the service doesn’t reflect the quality I expected. I hope these points are considered to streamline the returns process and provide consistent s

      What a terrible company to deal with if…
      What a terrible company to deal with if you’re returning a product. I used there return system over 2 weeks ago. I’ve heard nothing from them and cannot email for an update or telephone them as no number available. Don’t use them try AMAZON alternatives at least with them returns are guaranteed and easy to deal with. Terrible customer experience

      Desperation!!
      Desperation!!! Two days befors New Years Day fan oven broke down Ten (10) people coming for dinner New Years Day. Tried all the local D I Y stores and hardwear stores nobody stocked the element for our cooker was recomended by the electrian who would do the job if element could be found to try eSpares Eureaka!!! This was Monday 30th Dec who said they had the part and it could be delivered by mid day Tuesday 31st Dec . True to there word it was delivered as promissed by Mid day 31st Dec . Many thanks for saving a great New Years dinner and not having too rely on take aways.
