what size torque key is used ?

This is a Type: M8 X 25.5 T bolt and we think it uses a T35 Torq bit. Because of the tension on this bolt you may need a socket drive to remove this, A suitable Professional Star Bit socket drive can be obtained from car spares stores or the internet.
The drum won't turn at all and I think this part could sort it out?

If this fault has occurred suddenly with out a lot of drum noise in the months before then it is more likely a small item of clothing has caught between the drum and the tub. Remove the belt and check for movement in the drum front lip in relation to the rubber seal.
