The tablets can be dissolved in the water and flushed through the coffee maker to clear the limescale.

This is One box containing Three sachet's with Two tablets per sachet. Depending on the build up in the machine you may use One tablet or Two per treatment.
Do I boil the kettle with the tablet in & how long do I leave it for please.

There are normally instructions with the product. The general way to use this would be to fill above the limescale line and heat till hot. Then use tablets as directed (typically one) and leave for 30 mins to work before thoroughly rinsing with fresh water.
