Fan Oven Element - 2200W
If the internal element filament burns out, this can cause the element to short circuit - and will lead it to fail. Potential signs that the element has blown can be visual things, such as a split, bulge, or blow hole on the element.
The function of the fan oven element is to heat the oven cavity. When the cooker knob is turned on for your electric cooker, electricity will flow to the element which then proceeds to heat up. Once the element reaches the desired temperature, the electricity flow switches on and off to maintain the temperature.
eSpares has the replacement fan oven element, that could soon be yours, to help get your fan oven back to the required temperature - so you can continue to make your delicious meals!

!2 months from purchace. To help prevent damage to a fan element turn the thermostat down to minimum for thirty seconds before switching off. Switching straight off stopping the circulation fan immediately when the element is heating can cause overheating and damage the element as the circulating air stops.
I have ordered a replacement main element for my Delonghi Fan Oven ESF461ST I have to pull the oven out as the screw holding the element is screwed from back to front. 1 Answer
Please which screws on the front do I take out to allow the oven to move forward? There are two stainless steel strips either side with eight screws in all do I take them all out to release the oven?

The oven will usually be fitted using four wood screws. These tend to have larger heads, if in doubt partially loosen any you think are holding the oven in before slightly moving it. If the screws do not move with the oven they will be the ones holding it in.
