Before the above happened the drive belt snapped and the pully centre spline stripped. The RCB didn't trip when this happened! A new pully and belt have been fitted but now the above problem commenced straight away.!! Thank you.

Hoover SE220 001 after water taken on it just sits there not agitateing nothing.

    It could be a number of things: the timer, worn drive belt, disconnected air tube which connects to the pressure switch. I would 100% recommend a professional looks at it to be sure as self-diagnosis can be tricky!
