Your video shows access on a Bosch machine via the front whereas one of your customer reviewers found it was at the back on the AEG machine he repaired. Where is it on the LAV 66600?. Secondly, is the NTC available as a separate unit?

From the manufacturers web site it appears this is fitted from the back of the drum and they do not list the NTC separately.
