Bosch hbn113n551b when I go to turn my oven on the knob just spins round,but I've taken knob off and tried with a pair of grips to turn the oven off and that doesn't seem to work either I have to turn it off at the plug can you help please

It sounds like a contact in the the selector switch may have stuck closed. Dismantle and examine the switch contacts and confirm they all move when the switch turns..
