just fitted new main oven stat but oven will not heat uo?
Hi i have just fitted new Hotpoint main oven thermostat assemble but main oven lights but will not get hot as it should only small flame .i thought the unit was faulty ? . any ideas could it be burner problem ?

The problem is likely to be the thermocouple or FFD rather than the thermostat.
