How do I remove the old switch cover?
Easy to remove the four screws, but it still can't be removed. Do I need a special tool?

Hi SteveB, the switch cover can be tight and a pain to get away from the body of the vacuum. It'll just require a little elbow grease, but once those screws are off, the cover will come away. Check out this video to see how to do it on an older Dyson upright model: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/vacuum-cleaners/a/4/1363/how-to-replace-a-dyson-switch-and-actuator-dc.html
