How do I access the cable connection inside the dryer to connect the replacement element

- Actually there is a much simpler way to do this and it saves time too! It means just take off back panel over heater then carefully thread some strong sewing thread through the sides of the plastic rivet. Make sure you have strong thread and make loops about 20cm long. Then when you gently remove the plastic rivet the thread stays attched. Pull the connectors though and change one by one as before. Now carefully move the cotten loops to the new plastic rivet and gently pull on the loops. as you guide the cable back in. The thread will guide the rivet back into place and pull firmly to secure the rivet. Reassemble as before. Job done!!!!

You will need to remove the following, Lid, control panel, lower front, door and seal, fan grill, fan, fan cover. Then reach through from the front to locate the clip. We have just videoed this repair and will have this in our advice centre and Youtube shortly.
