can you please tell me if the timer on my belling gas oven can cause it not to work.i have no gas and no ignition and nothing showing on the timer.

If the timer fails or you have a power problem if you have an 'Automatic' oven it can stop the gas from being allowed to reach the burners. Check your timer problem and you may find your gas control problem.
