Torx bolt securing the pully keeps comming loose and throwing the belt off. please advise if this can be rectified.

Replace the bolt Stock Number: ES871124 and the pulley as it is likely to have worn loose. If it comes loose again apply more thread locking paint (you can use nail varnish) to prevent it coming loose
