Fridge not cooling and freezer diode not on

Is this device the panel that sits at the top of the fridge freezer? (BOSCH KGU34640/07) I presume it is. Is this device (operating module) the likely cause of a fridge not cooling? Freezer works, fans works but light for freezer (diode inop) fridge temp diode light is ok. pardon my ignorance and any advice much appreciated. I thought it might be a thermostat. R Hall

Hi Rodders16, the part you are thinking of is the fascia panel, which can be found here: http://www.espares.co.uk/part/fridges-and-freezers/bosch/p/1084/856/0/0/758205/fascia-panel.html. The operating module sits behind the fascia panel.
