We are sorry but do not have information but think they are used to support large paneled areas like the door skin or side panels to stop them easily pushing in and buckling if accidently leaned on.
- ..this doesn't really explain what they are used for, or where they are fitted. I'm not aware I have any at the moment

The term 'Sealing kit' is how Bosch have described this part. It is two cubes of a foam plastic with self adhesive to fix in place.
