How can I tell visually if my quartz grill lamp is working, will it glow?
I can see the halogen lamp glowing, but not sure if the quartz lamp should 'glow'. Thanks

Halogen and quartz are often used for the same type of element. If there is glowing from both elements if two are fitted then they are not likely to be faulty.
