The ribbed outlet pipe on my dishwasher has been damaged resulting in a leak. If I cut the pipe at the point of damage and insert this, will this prevent the leak - assume both sides are clamped with jubilee clips.

The ribs on a corrugated hose may allow water to leak. We would recommend replacing the hose and have videos showing how this can be done.
