I bought Hoover Washing Machine Door Interlock for HPB145-80 from espares & followed the video, but after fitting, the washer door won’t close. It doesn’t click into place, whereas it did before. I’ve gone wrong somewhere, any ideas please?

Check the position of the door lock, make sure the door does not need adjusting as the catch needs to go straight into the lock otherwise it does not connect.
